All content, branding, quiz material, and software on this platform is protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

• 4.1 All intellectual property rights in the app, including quizzes, content, branding, and software, are owned by ZamSuccess or its licensors and are protected under applicable law.
• 4.2 You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the app without obtaining explicit written permission from ZamSuccess or the respective rights holders.

While we strive to deliver high-quality educational content, ZamSuccess provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no absolute guarantees about content accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

Your Plan & Access Rights

Access to ZamSuccess premium features — including subject quizzes, digital books, and video lessons — is granted based on your active subscription plan.

• 7.1 Access to educational content and quizzes is granted based on your chosen subscription plan (Basic, Standard, or Ultimate) and the grade level selected at sign-up.
• 7.2 Each subscription lasts for 30 days from the date of payment and expires automatically unless manually renewed before the expiry date.
• 7.3 Expired subscriptions will result in limited or no access to premium features until a new payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
